Nols - how do you see this playing out? Do you see this as a valuation fight issue? A fraud issue? Or all of the above? Do you think the Company is going to fight the EC all the way, or offer some sort of settlement? It seems like the current members on the EC want blood, so I'm not sure if they would even settle.
