#4165 RE: SC777 #4162

I cannot speculate....

There are just too many variables to make any assumptions. As shareholders we should solicit other mining companies that would make a great partner. Newmont would be on the top on my list, they are in Nevada and can use the sulpher.

My advice to Management would be to fire Randy Buffington and hire lawyers independent Akin n Gump. The culture Randy created is a big reason we are in the present situation. I stand with the workers greaving the loss of a friend and support their wishes that Randy, who ducked out on a company meeting the day after his worker lost his life, is banished from Hycroft.

As far as shareholders concerns:

It has become painfully obvious the counsel Allied retained only serves the interests of Wall street cronyism. While they are no angels themselves, the BOD should be afforded this opportunity to clean up the mess they helped create.

The BOD, many of them with only a background in mining, let themselves be taken advantage of by the very entities destroying this once great Country from within. I believe the BOD did, in good faith, seek capital for the expansion of Hycroft and greedy wall street executives decided there wasn't enough gold to go around.

I am not at all saying the BOD should not be replaced, BUT the real enemies we face in this bankruptcy operate out of Wall street, not Nevada. Hycroft is damn near a national treasure, the silver mined at that location was used to fund the civil war. The cronies that tried to orchastrate the theft of Hycroft, from retail investors and pension funds, are no better than the Egyptian tomb raiders digging up the graves of the deceased.

My hopes are this case sets a precedent. This country is at a crossroads and the question the players involved may want to ask themselves is:

what side of history do you want to be on?
