It appears that there is something seriously rotten about ANV management. Thanks for bringing it to light. I am no lawyer, but it sounds like fraud to me. I lost a pretty penny on this POS, but I am still holding with hopes of some recovery. Sounds like the EC needs to be voted in as a new board at the next opportunity.

There is enough there for a DOJ phone call. When I first started looking at this I got the impression(probable cause) that management pulled a fast one in collusion with the bond holders to steal equity holders assets! Canadian Mining companies have been doing this for a while and it needs to end!
