Yes for now it has and or might continue to go down but will go up once the share are done being converted from the remaining old notes and once the next filing hits showing an increase in revenue.
Looks like we play the market differently. I expect a group to push it (probably the group with all the shares). Chart looks crazy bounce-ish. pincher play coming up. (no I'm not along term holder... trade the pennies).
