i figured all along that the hunt issue might lead to a big payout but i hate settling?we need to slug this one out going all the way with the litigation process so shareholders get something for these wasted 6-7 years.imo

Fraud is a criminal not a civil matter so let's hope Mal parcels up all his evidence and sends it off to Tasmania Police for them to consider a prosecution. I presume the gumshoes here have identified Tasmania as the place where the alleged fraud was committed. It could be a few years before the police finish their investigation into it and lay charges as there is a backlog of murders, assaults, thefts etc. to get through first.
