Imo, we hit oil before we see anything from Hunts successor as typically entities clam up, by nature, until they're forced to settle.

The trouble is all of Malc's filings undermine his argument. If he has a beef against anyone it is Duncan New who was employed by GSLM not Hunt or Smart Win.
