Pyrr - You forgot one thing in your deconstruction of the trial results. How do you explain the differences in survival between patients who were treated with Method A compared to Method B. Max made the point that this unintentionally turned out to be an internal control that is highly suggestive of survival benefits, unless Method A actually killed patients early. The data are, of course, only hypothesis generating at this time, but your omission of these data was noticeable.
