On 24 June 2014, the company issued 24 million shares to pay off debt. Those shares would be coming off restriction on 25 June 2015.

They don't say to whom they were issued. They do say that Alex Zukovs of Azaz Capital is a control person.

Seems they don't make actual beverages, which is at least something. They have a "revolutionary" lid:

I guess I'm old fashioned. I'd never drink anything with a lid on it. Neither do I drink things while walking or driving. But I'm willing to admit that a great many people do.
