I would say the first and only red flag ever needed was the too good to be true story. Any stock on the OTC that claims to do something like make 10$/barrel oil is an obvious blatant fraud without even reading a single other thing.

The red flag you site I assume refers to the period of time when John was in management. He is no longer in management, or even employed by the company, so the "red flag" you site is, I respectfully believe, irrelevant.

I am concerned some potential investors will suffer financial heartbreak over the next few years from having known of PTOI but not investing at these ridiculous prices as a result of views expressed about the company that are misleading and misrepresent the potential of the opportunity.

But everyone must make their own decision.
