I wouldn't change Scottrade because of this little inconvenience. They are not allowing purchases because of "suspicious" activities here.. That has been for a while here.. You may want to thank them for screening out various companies with shady histories and practices like AWBV..

You can reportedly call them to place an order with a broker, but that is up to you. I tread lightly myself..
