Nice gnawkz. I agree for the most part.
We will see what new information tomorrow's presentation will reveal. I have gambled the last two weeks by increasing my shares and short term options that the information is positive and have contemplated the reverse (unlikely IMO) and have a strategy to deal with that.

if you purchased long term Call options as hedges. Unfortunately, to unwind the trade the fund will have to wait until the option expires.



Not so... if you own calls on a stock, you can exercise it and call away that stock anytime you want - simply tell the broker to exercise the options and "flatten your position" - that is, use the stock coming in to cover the shorted shares.
