Thanks for the update...is the MMO trial that was for the same week as the 613 case from April 30th pushed back until 11/14/16? or is it still on in September of 2015.

Just want to clarify the jury trial dates that I posted. The 10/17/2016 date for ZTE, and the 11/14/2016 date for MMO, are for the FRAND/Damages portion of the cases. ZTE's trial for patent infringement and invalidity was already held, and MMO's is scheduled for 11/16/2015.
