#15765 RE: jhinvestor51 #15764

In order for Klug's corporations to be rolled into Redhawk Holding in the way that certain posters on this board think, they would have to think Klug is going to transfer all his holdings with nothing in return (i.e., out of the kindness of his heart).
That's not how he got rich.

Ain't gonna happen. He's probably going to get gazillions of shares of Redhawk Holding for his corporations and that's where the dilution comes into play. The only four ways that those corporations are coming into Redhawk Holding are

1. Contributed capital by Klug (he's not that stupid)
2. Payment by Redhawk in cash (they don't have it)
3. Redhawk acquiring a loan (who's gonna loan Redhawk millions?)
4. Issue new shares of stock for them (probably the only answer)

Anything else is just a pipe dream. I'll have some of whatever they're smoking.

When a company just want to sell shares yes. This company will not be in the Otc market much longer. We see the ground work being laid to move toward. If you look at Klug and how he treats his companies. He grows them within first by add his capital and financial know how. This is an investment for him also. I don't see any dilution happening here. You would never hurt your investment. IDNG all day
