Google: "sponsored research agreement" and review all of the Documents you see and then try to find one where the Institution or Hospital doing the research is the one PAYING for the RESEARCH. In all of the Cases I found, the Company is the one one Sponsoring which in turn is the one Providing the FUNDS to perform the Research.
