Good point TOG, but it isn't the direction of the funding etc. that would play into whether it is material or not, but rather the amount. For example, if Avid were to get another customer that doubled their orders, that would be material, just as expending a lot of funds to double capacity would also be material. however, spending or receiving a small percentage of the total business dollars is not material. I think all we can surmise from the PR is that cost implications are small.
