Right, and with the minimal upside and low volume seen in the stock since this announcement, I would say the expectation is that the news will be more of the same and not earth shattering. So, minimal downside from here, and tremendous upside if there is a positive surprise in the data.
I do not understand the way in which you wrote your post. Are you agreeing or disagreeing with me. Are you being fascitious and saying "yeah right there can't be any negative news released".
