Don't worry - as Cash has pointed out Klug seems to have already paved the way to reverse in his companies without further dilution so it seems. Sometimes I'm not so familiar with the filings and their significance.
Wait till yesterday's news is formally filed as an 8K. I believe once they file the paperwork with FINRA for the Cusip and ticker symbol changes they are obliged to file the 8K saying the same as well.
All I think Klug is doing by always putting in the paragraph about forward looking statements is to discourage traders. I think he's a lot more interested in encouraging shareholders who want to hold for the medium to longer term.
