Compare the Q1/15 Total Income

with Kannaway's total income for all of 2014.

What's been happening in Kannaway year to date? 2014 went out with a bang, Robert Dean Jr who was once an industry legend joined Kannaway. The totally bogus Houlihan Capital "fairness opinion" (which they acknowledged and disclaimed that they did zero research for) mentioned two people joining Kannaway bringing with them a combined 85K new members. This was about the only "bright spot" in the report.

I do not know who the second person was and rather doubt they exist but Robert Dean was a complete flop. I first noticed that he was not being used as a "new face" of the company which was a red flag but the far larger red flag was that the first "satellite office" launched by Kannaway was in Dallas and not Dean's Atlanta. Fist off "satellite offices" make almost zero sense for MLM companies. The whole point is not to invest in brick and mortar sales locations and let your reps do the selling. Robert Dean's Atlanta office would have been his training center. Kannaway reps from around the country would fly to Atlanta to learn from the master how to recruit more reps (who in turn would fly to Atlanta). None of this ever came to pass and Robert Dean fell off of Kannaway's radar. Hes now pimping some other scheme which by my counting would make the new scheme either his 14th or 15th new scheme since he held any relevance.

Of the remaining "show ponies," the top level field reps who drive traffic, Kannaway lost them all. Seth Fraser left to start his own company taking Charles Vest with him. That's an over simplification, Seth Fraser took the rest of the visible field force with him, anyone you have seen on any Kannaway video except the CEO Jeff Rodgers and Ryan Vanderpool is no longer in Kannaway. Oh, sure you say, a few dozen people left and I'll say you're missing the point.

When you are a MLM affiliate with a sizable downline organization there are rules about what you can do when you change companies. Wars are fought and lawsuits filed. Rule of thumb, you are free to take your "front line" with you. These are the people you had a preexisting relationship with and who you brought into the company. Here's where things get dicey, those front line people all have their own front line, and so on. When a Seth Fraser or Billy Funk leaves they take a lot of people with them. MLM is a "relationship" business and those mid and low level reps have a stronger relationship with their upline apex than they do with the company and let's face it, if the company was making any money the apex upline wouldn't be leaving in the first place.

April 12th. That is the date of the last post in the official Kannaway corporate private facebook group. It's been three months since they posted a video to the official Kannaway YouTube channel. MJNA will continue to pay Jeff Rodgers and Ryan Vanderpool to pretend that Kannaway is alive until they think there isn't any risk of a shareholders class action suit over the 100 Million dollars worth of MJNA shares Llamas and Titus gave themselves for the corpse of Kannaway.
