I think you're implying 2014 and 1Q/15 same

Compare the Q1/15 Total Income with the total income for all of 2014.

If I "read you" correctly, you're implying that the reported 1Q/15 Kannaway revenues for Kannaway are actually the 2014 total. I've been meaning to transfer the numbers from the Houlihan valuation to my MJNA "Consolidated Income Statement by Operating Unit" spreadsheet yet, so didn't quite make that connection. If what you're implying is what indeed happened, then that would be a serious reporting issue. OTOH, could just be a coincidence.

Regarding the other things you've written about Kannaway and the departure of Vest and Fraser, I've noticed a few things on the Kay website and public Facebook page that seemed to point to slower activity, but your news of the inactivity on the private site is telling.
