So the company remains silent, they miss repeated dates to file information, they let the stock price sit at .0001 for months, and they dilute shares to pay bills.....all while confiding in a source of toxic financing that things are happening that will make it all worthwhile. Interesting. Of course it could also be that action against them is already occurring and that is why they are no longer communicating. There is no requirement to issue a PR stating such and it is far more in line with the other factors and the manner in which this company is behaving. Of course, as you say, JMO.
