AS much as I hate to admit it---this IS the most likely scenario.....I VERY MUCH doubt that YA would release a PR stating foreclosure on the note, because the last toxic financier could have been sued for the public notices that went out prematurely. People can write how well they know YA...
they are ruthless
etc etc etc and because we all would like it so much, and hate to think of the alternative, spin the story with the fairy-tale ending....unfortunately I doubt the rainbow.
Anything is plausible. However, if you're looking for me to jump on your bandwagon it won't happen. If that angers you it's truly sad and unfortunate. You have your opinion and I have mine. I may even add more shares at .0001. I'm sorry if you also have a problem with that. If so, it's once again sad and unfortunate. I happen to think SVFC share price will increase in value. All IMO.
