I think cypher's original statement could be read 2 different ways. I interpreted it as saying they extended the runway 75 more days.

The other way of interpreting it is he meant they have 75 days of cash left.

You can infer either from his statement. The latter interpretation would not be correct in terms of the cash position as proven by the numbers.
