If an individual has bought a stock, and would suffer grievous financial harm should that stock fall, that individual's motivation is certainly germane to the discussion. If that individual acts on this motive, that may constitute criminal behavior. (-$)ACDU has a case pending with the SEC and shares will eventually cease to trade. The likelihood of a broke, recycled pinkie becoming re-registered in a BRICS country is about the same as the SEC allowing an exemption from de-registration.
