I think it's naïve to ignore the share count.

Many/most blue chip stock companies have fewer shares out than BIEL.

This is not a baseless criticism or comment. It is purely a verifiable fact.

So shouldn't shareholders be concerned?

Especially when there are latent share liabilities yet to be realized on conversions.

That is even stated in the company quarterly reports.
