Well I'm sucking down my third cup and trying to get going this morning. I do agree that it is way too easy for criminals to get PII. I'll also say that VLDI may be the golden bullet to many of the cyber-security issues facing government and companies. IMO, it simply wasn't going to work for this specific breach at the IRS.

I think I saw a headline yesterday indicating that the average cost of a hack to companies is 3.8 million. VLDI should absolutely be able to capitalize in this market and for security for local, state and federal government agencies. It truly could be HUGE!!

I'm not sure about this end-point business that keeps getting bandied about. I am taking a shot here because I think that their security efforts could generate significant revenue too.

$5 Billion dollars... Is that your guess at a buy out price...

Now divide $5 Billion dollars by 550 million shares...

Gets pretty impressive... very fast...

No one is going to pay 5 billion for a company without any advertising end points, a product that does not even have one paying customer or end point and has not be proven viable in the market place.
