Institutions can't just buy millions of shares from open market.

And CSCE does not have millions of available shares in the open market.

We will see.

I should be the most frustrated shareholder being Canadian and affected by BCSC thing. But I am just keeping my patience.

I can see things happening faster than any other ordinary OTC company.

Just my own view.
