If am a savvy investor Joe Blow and I see a penny stock trading at .10 with huge potential, but the need for cash, I am going to be a Shark and get the best possible deal. If I see this penny stock trading around .10 with no real reason for the PPS to go up, why am I going to just be a nice guy and give this company more money? Now if see this penny stock start to gain traction and possibly interest from other sharks, I will be willing to increase my offer, sort of like how an auction happens. The auctioneer brings the price down low enough and then people start bidding the price up over the opening bid. Without interest, there is no reason for Joe Blow to give a premium here…. unless privvy info is being given to Joe Blow (even though we are now a publicly traded company, which is what it sounds like with your answer because of the BCSC thing)
Why go and create a mutiny amongst the longs?
the above is all IMHO (consider this my safe harbor statement)
