Audit is coming?

I note on OTC markets the "notice of late filing" that says:

Reason for Delay in Posting Financial Report: State below in reasonable detail why the Annual/Quarterly Report could not be filed within the prescribed time period.
Finishing SEC Fully Reported Audit Financial

Is this a joke...."SEC Fully reported Audit Financial"? That wording has "I'm BS'ing you" written all over it. This sure sounds like a scam to me.
