There is no dilution of shares. The float is still way under 70 million and exactly the same. Some shareholder wants to unload some paper and pays IHUB posters a few bucks has nothing to do with BAYP or its JV.
The stock is a screaming buy and the fundamentals are getting better.
The audit is coming. Huge bounce coming.
