I don't know if either party could keep the other other party from drilling, but I think there is no doubt that either separately or together, 1 well will get drilled on 444 before the the Jan 11th 2016 deadline hits. This PEL will not be forfeited for failure to drill by Jan 11, 2016....of this I'm certain.
