Think so Buz. And that's just one example of many over the years, yet no one else is calling them out on it.
I corresponded directly with the BOD regarding my concerns and got blown off. So I bailed - no transparency. Will be interesting to see what they do with the additional shares... Glad I'm not holding.

BTW, I believe the SEC said the indemnification clause they passed was likely unenforceable. Seems they're digging themselves into a hole that could have major raminifications for them personally.
They obviously know this, so why?

Sorry guys, this is not going to be a fun investment for you. You're focused on revenue and hate the science. The science is the fun part. The revenue just isn't there yet.

IMO, if the science works out, this is going to be bigger and more successful than many here realize. And when I say that I mean from the science end. Sure, we'll be happy about revenues too, but it's the science that has the most potential impact.

Harnessing quantum physics can change the world in so many ways. I don't know how we've gotten this far, but we're here and this is about to get really interesting.
