IMO, the only possible justification for BMAS or the attorney to tell Mark to keep quiet is that they know he will put his foot in his mouth again with another over-exaggerated PR. Which will kill any and all chances of FINRA ever approving the 211.

It is far more likely that there is absolutely nothing happening within MIKP and that alone is the reason MIKP has gone dark for years.

Does anybody actually believe that a real company would not have a single product and no revenue after years & years???

Some of the unknown is being withheld for a reason and I am in agreement with not announcing anything now until if and when we get reinstatement
