Sounds like a good idea. Email Dan about it, seriously. He replies to a lot of our emails. But any idea of how to clean up their debt from anyone outside the company is bound to be flawed since we are not privy to all the possible deals trying to be negotiated. So I prefer not even talking about something like this since I know I am missing a lot of important info.

Personally I don't want to be diluted anymore than we are right now. With those warrants on the loan their is potential for a 250 mil os . That should be the limit. I believe revenue will eventually grow dramatically and be able to pay off all the debt at hand.

i really aren't on board with getting the o/s bumped up that high again... not currently.. i'd like to let dan and the team move this organically .. albeit they could just start selling shares anyway.. so..we'll see.. peace.stok

I would do the raise but at $2.00/share instead of .45 as there is no need for this low of a valuation. Good thinks are coming shortly!
