Let's take a look at that "first post"

Well, techically, it wasn't my first post on the HEMP board (this one about six months earlier was,) but it was the first where I began to take a critical look at the company and its business, rather than just trading the stock because of hype:

Why is HEMP's market cap over $425 million?

I've been looking at Hemp's filings, and for the life of me, I can't figure out if they've made any money in the last year that was made from the selling of an actual product or service. All their Q1 - Q3 revenue seems to involve the sale of stock or something to do with stock.

As of the end of Q3, they had 1.6B outstanding shares, and the preferred seem to be convertible into more common shares.

The website isn't clear about what they actually are selling, other than some social media and some hemp supplements, but they don't break out the revenue and costs of these products, so I'm not sure how to judge the value of those businesses.

Even the PR about the passing of the farm bill doesn't seem to be talking much about how it will directly effect HEMP's business, other than perhaps they won't have to import the raw materials for their products (but again, there's nothing in their filings about revenue from product shipments.)

Are the products too new to show up in the 3Q/13 report, and we'll see something in the Q4 report?

Will they add another 100M to 200M shares to the number of outstanding shares, like they've done in most quarters over the past year?

Why is this company worth over $425M in market capitalization?

Further research is warranted.

Now, read this one:

And read this one, which I suggested that Perlowin read, just to show how well I understand HEMPs' business:

Here's one on how to interpret a Bruce Perlowin press release:

We've gotten a great deal on some equipment and a building, and first thing first, we're going to process the leftover Kenaf we bought at the auction starting sometime at the end of 1Q/15 or early in 2Q/15, and despite the fact that there really isn't much of a market for it in the U.S., we're going to be able to sell it.

Then, just to dazzle you a bit with false dreams, we'll tell you about hemp growers in Manitoba, Canada who, in the past, burned-off the hemp straw from 50,000 acres of hemp grown in the area. Unfortunately, that hemp straw is located nearly 2000 miles from Spring Hope, NC, and the transport charges would eat up any profit, so putting the information about Manitoba hemp into this PR is really just a smokescreen.

Here's another fun post of mine, which shows just how well I understand Perlowin's Modus Operandi:

I don't need to ask Perlowin anything.

You see, Condor, after watching him awhile, I understand how he operates, so I read his PRs and filings, and then make forecasts that more often than not, turn out to be correct.

I don't have doubts.

I don't need to have my independent and correct analysis polluted by Bruce's BS.

Just last week, he was talking about having the decorticator running next month (February,) and today he issues a PR stating that the permits to install the equipment have yet to be approved.

BTW, I saw the latest video last week, so knew that when he made the comments about the plant operating in February, achieving that goal would be impossible.

In that email to you, he said it would be operating by the first week of November, 2014. Per Schmitt's comments on the video, it won't be running until April or May, which is five to six month delay.

IMO, that shows a complete inability on Perlowin's part to plan and execute.
