Wow! What a load of Hempcrap!

Hemp, Inc. (HEMP) announced its third quarter 2014 results. "While our consulting business, in the first and second quarters generated significant upfront fees in the form of the various companies' restricted stock, Hemp, Inc.'s third quarter financial results reflected our massive shift in direction," said Bruce Perlowin, CEO of Hemp, Inc. (HEMP). "In the best interests of our shareholders and the company, we have refocused our company's mission on being the premier leader in industrial hemp processing which will inevitably align Hemp, Inc. as the premier supplier of Cannabidiols (CBDs) to the medical marijuana industry. Based on our long term commitment to our mission, we have not sought new consulting clients."

Translation:

Our financials from the third quarter were so bad, we're only going to mention them in passing, and we're certainly not going to provide numbers.

We're really not fooling anyone anymore about our consulting business, so we didn't take any shares from any of our clients, especially the two who haven't paid us yet, LKEN and STBV.

We won't bother to mention that WBXU is now on the grey sheets, HIMR did a 1:5000 reverse and that PPJE will soon do a reverse of its own, making all of those shares basically worthless.

(That's half of their clients, BTW)

We also won't say anything about the web store we promoted but doesn't seem to be selling anything.

Now, let's tell you about our next scheme.

We've gotten a great deal on some equipment and a building, and first thing first, we're going to process the leftover Kenaf we bought at the auction starting sometime at the end of 1Q/15 or early in 2Q/15, and despite the fact that there really isn't much of a market for it in the U.S., we're going to be able to sell it.

Then, just to dazzle you a bit with false dreams, we'll tell you about hemp growers in Manitoba, Canada who, in the past, burned-off the hemp straw from 50,000 acres of hemp grown in the area. Unfortunately, that hemp straw is located nearly 2000 miles from Spring Hope, NC, and the transport charges would eat up any profit, so putting the information about Manitoba hemp into this PR is really just a smokescreen.

To further muddy the waters, we'll talk about CBD and our partnership with VaporBrands. Sure, they had zero revenue in 3Q/14 (pretty much just like HEMP,) have $13K in cash and over 70M shares, but they're a quality company, just like WBXU, HIMR, PPJE, STBV and LKEN, so expect big things from them.

Meanwhile, I, the CEO, will convert another 10M preferred K shares to commons this quarter, which will give me another 100M shares.
