Can't remember exactly when, but he was tracked down in Europe and sent back (extradited) rather quickly. I seem to recall that the guy you love to hate, (Houser) was instrumental in helping to track him down. Not 100% sure on that, but I do know that when they did find him and his girl Melissa Spooner, Turino was really pizzed.
Seems to me he spent time in Russia, Yugoslavia and the Netherlands (hiding out).
