Who cares? Obviously, the student body of a higher education system in the state of North Carolina cares.

Who cares if the student senate at NC State thinks that growing hemp should be legalized?

Now you're degrading the higher education system? Surely, you understand these schools are influential. Here is a long list of accredited colleges and universities in NC:

Almost every student has the right to vote. All the professors do. A significant amount of these students go into the public/political realm (Duke has an excellent PoliSci program, also doctors and lawyers...), and current officials seek advise and popular opinions from the astute professors, from time to time. That is not something one simply says "who cares" of the subject.

And another thing, your "projection" based on a Canadian study: you know the beauty about Canada? IT'S NOT NORTH CAROLINA! You didn't show up until after the last run, and now you want people to believe you're some kind of expert in the hemp industry? If anyone is the expert, it's the CEO of Hemp Inc.
