Only 25,000,0000 shares? That's 25M more shares that will dilute the OTCBB
share values. .002 is not low enough? This will push the share price into the .001's and then to .000.
It's a race to zero value. Another $500K + 12% debt added to Saleen's balance sheet.
It proves that Saleen is not solvent and cannot pay it's bills.
This note is another drop in the bucket which is now going to be over at least $10M of debt.
Citizens Bank filed a lawsuit to collect on a defaulted loan. The bankruptcy process is beginning
and cannot be stopped. More creditors will join the court proceedings to try and recover what they can.
WM Greentech is getting ready to take the assets and the brand.
