I've seen Cruz enough through the years, he is a horrific defender, and just because you give effort doesn't change the fact that your a horrific defender. More importantly DH cruz is important to keep him rested, he had the best year of his career in 2014, and guess what he played the most DH of his career, that didn't happen by accident in my opinion.
