If there is they need to request a halt in trading, make their big annnouncement and chill for a few days. The only conceivable announcement is that there's a giant reverse split on the way. I bet Estrella is going to reverse the bejeezus out of this stock for all of us, take some measures beforehand to protect himself and his buddies from dilution and sell the company. This company only has shell value now, thanks to the long line of scumbags who have run it over the past decade.
