EXPUNGED. All JPM's remaining unliquidated claims as of April 28 2015, are now all officially expunged from the KCCLLC register.

As far as JPM goes, they are no longer an impediment to escrow recovery. Joining JPM in the officially expunged list, is the FDIC, Marta, and the IRS.

These were all claims that Rosencrap knew for a fact that there were not going to be followed through. Rosencrap used these claims to expend another three years for billing and cashing out hours....

What would it take to challenge rosencrap and expedite the closing of the BK and finalize to pay off creditors for class 19 and 22.
