That makes sense thank you! I didn't think about the doubling of Rgbp in current months. As of the 50 million that were restricted not being restricted anymore.

The thing is, BMSN and RGBP to whatever extent are working on the same potential bio tech technologies.

Once a Bio Tech product is produced by them, then who will receive most of the credit for it? BMSN or RGBP?

In the share holders interest (possibly?) Koos may give all marketing rights to BMSN as a result of something that BMSN and RGBP both worked on. This way BMSN share would go up in price. Then later Koos may allow RGBP to gain full credit for an upcoming Bio Tech product from the patents that RGBP and BMSN may possibly share. BMSN may be sold off once the first technology from the patents it contains is developed. Thus BMSN will then be no more.

Koos as far as I know... Has a lot of shares in BMSN and he has given if I am correct more shares of BMSN to it's employees such as ICHIMs. That being said if he gave 6 million to Thomas Ichim sister this year. Then Koos as well as BMSN employees may be expecting that the 6 million shares of BMSN will be much much much more then the current price per share of BMSN.

The thing is, is that RGBP was maybe created to further fund BMSN activity. Both companies at whatever extent have access to BMSN patents which is about 30 patents extracted out of approximately 2000 if I am correct. Maybe RGBP owns them now and BMSN own none.

Koos I guess knows that people have invested in BMSN stock such as it appears Koos himself.

So, for the first product being produced by these Bio Tech companies working hand in hand because they are the same people...

It may be that BMSN will receive full marketing rights for the the first technology developed if developed by these two companies.

Thus BMSN price per share may go up...

So anticipate or look forward to BMSN reaching $1/share. I just don't know if this is possible due to dilution...
