Ok, they told me that it was THEIR policy not to release share information, not the company's. We get share information in every 10q they release. There is SOME disclosure of the share structure in these 10Qs. As long as they continue to release these updates, I'm not going to start saying the company is 'gagging' their share information when they clearly give updates on this quarterly which is more than I can say about many other pinks.
Considering the history surrounding the Berthold era, it was probably 'gagged' to keep hundreds of people from calling 5 times a day every day asking for the info.
