Eddie, IMO...the O/S here has exceed 1.5 Billion by now, possibly closer to 2 Billion. Even though Chang has 37 Billion total to sell, he needs to maintain a Penny for a certain amount of time under the new rules of OTCQB, or he will be delisted.......obviously @ 0003, he has along way to go to get there unless he files a piece of paper and erases everyone's investment here...just like he did in October of 2013. However, I believe this time it will be 1000 to 1.
