Such a scam dies whenever the sales of new shares doesn't even cover the cost of issuing a NR.
Next phase, the old scammer may start a new 'promissing' business and screw more believers. Most likely, she will hide behind somebody else and later we shall see that the crook just happen to be on the BOD of this new affair.
The bad news: She seems to have done nothing illegal. No one can say their wasn't any business behind the shares and no NR were outright lies. The old fart was smart enough to define her successes (???) in terms of % of growth, playiong down the absolute business results in $$$.
Crook but unfortunately, probably not outright stupid.
