a discount from the market is a given. of course, the market price is also likely to drop.

if he doesn't do a larger transaction, then the future looks much the same as the past. more dribbling dilution.

maybe he doesn't believe his tale that the reason folks won't buy is because wave doesn't look like a going concern.

far as i can see, it will continue to look the same way if he dilutes minimally.
