Just to add there is a shortness of breath questionnaire which obviously reflects an individual's perception of disease and there was no significant difference bet esbriet and placebo (and small numerical difference). Stabilization of fvc is also a huge motivator in trudging through side effects but only about 10 percent of pts in ASCEND had stable fvc at one year
