So you are not distinguishing between this development and a private placement. You're just reacting to its being yet another instance of raising operating capital by issuing more shares.

OK. I agree. Everybody should have known that was coming. I think everybody did know. I think you're casting shame on a null set.






What's more interesting to me is that this is not a private placement.
