First. Link please on your calculations...so that I may scrutinize them.

Second. You were saying billions more for April. That turned out to be wrong. Also a lot of other stuff turned out to be wrong too. Like everything that needed to be disclosed turns out was disclosed.

Third. The answer to your question: a higher share price as we approach the 180 days will create a higher conversion price so we might not breach 3 billion after all.

Isn't it fascinating how 2.6 billion o/s is now somehow good news. But to address your question, either they get non-toxic funding, like a farm-in, or they will have to increase a/s or do a r/s. Even with a farm-in, with less than 400 million shares left to issue, the 3 billion number is probably not enough.

That is the big question, where will the shares come from? Something has to give regarding o/s shares available!
