Or the share price moves up before the 180 days are up. In fact, a small farm in might have enough a positive impact on share price that it leads to fewer shares converted - a virtuous cycle upward (as opposed to a vicious cycle downward).

In fact, maybe Offor wants to buy more shares to keep from getting diluted by other CD holders looking to convert at discount.

Interesting too that the number I came up with could be way too low. There was 808k of face value outstanding at 3/31. We don't know how much of that was converted to get to 2.6 billion. I made the assumption all but 271K was converted but it could be a lot more. Also this didn't include any debentures issued in April or May. CDs were issued every month for a year so there are probably more in Apri and May and even more after that. I think we are heading to 6 billion outstanding if there isn't a farm out in the next few months. Time for some more delusion insurance?

And what happened to all those that were so certain Chrome would be doing all the financing going forward. That turned out to be false.
